Flexible Training Options
We understand that flexibility is key when it comes to scheduling your training. That's why we offer options tailored to both individuals and groups, making it easy to get certified at your convenience. Currently, we do not have scheduled group classes for individuals, but here are the two options we provide for individual training:
Individual Training
1. Online Hybrid Training (Most Requested)
Complete the online classroom learning portion at your own pace, then schedule an in-person session at our Herndon, VA Training Center for skills testing. This option also includes a 1-on-1 refresher with our instructor before the skills review, ensuring you're fully prepared. Online Academy.
2. Private 1-on-1 In-Person Training
Prefer a completely personalized experience? You can book a 1-on-1 private session with an instructor at our Herndon Training Center. For added convenience, we can come to your location for an additional fee.
Group Training
1. On-Site Group Training
We’ll bring the training to you! Schedule a group session at your location, where our certified instructors will provide comprehensive, hands-on training tailored to your team. This is ideal for workplaces, schools, or community organizations.
2. Private Group Training at Our Herndon, VA Training Center
If you prefer, we can host your group at our state-of-the-art Herndon Training Center. We’ll work with you to schedule a session that fits your group's needs, ensuring everyone gets certified efficiently.

Our CPR courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for a job, regulatory (OSHA), or other requirements. CPR training will equip you with essential life-saving skills that can make the difference between life and death in emergency situations. With cardiac arrests and choking incidents potentially occurring at any time, being trained ensures a rapid response, increasing the chances of survival before professional medical help arrives.
Our First Aid course empowers individuals with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to a wide range of emergencies, from minor injuries to life-threatening situations. Being trained in First Aid can prevent injuries from worsening, reduce recovery time, and in some cases, save lives.
This course teaches how to operate an AED. During cardiac arrest, an AED delivers a potentially life-saving shock to restore the heart's normal rhythm. Being trained to use an AED empowers you to take decisive action in a critical moment, significantly improving the chances of survival for someone in need.
